Differential Pr/Vac Decay Testing

Pressure/Vacuum applied to a test part & non leak part.

Piloted valve system for stabilized flow distribution.

Pressure loss measured across test part & non Leak part.

Results: A Heavy Drop (Gross leak), leak, good part.

Accumulation Leak Testing

Test done on a part keeping in a Non-leaking housing.

suited for proper shape parts & unstable internal parts.

Parts with high test pressure & low leak rates.

Results: Gross Leak, leak, good part.

Choke - Mass Flow Leak Testing

Circuit like "Choke Flow Testing" with controlled apertures.

Enables designated gas to be flown at designated times "Recipes".

The gas/gases thus flowing out serve their purpose.

Suited for welding gas and its shielding gas controls.
